It's an ultimate privilege for me to be a convenor of the ICU tournament. As the one to have introduced parliamentary debating in Japan, International Christian University Debating Society always has the noble mission to propel Japan's debating community and contribute to its rapid growth. ICU Tournament, which is the only international debating competition in Japan since its development, is a big leap to achieve further expansion of the intellectual interaction. With the very experienced adjudication core, our beautiful campus for the venue, decent accommodation, awesome break night party and our devoted organizing committee, I'm sure 23rd ICU Tournament will be a great opportunity to expand your debating experience and enjoy Japan.
